The EasySlide sliding mat was our first product. It was introduced in 1984 and since then it has been successfully used in hospitals and nursing homes around the world. It's primary use is for transfers, for example between beds and x-ray or operating tables, shower trolleys, stretchers etc. EasySlide is also a very effective aid for turning users on x-ray or operating tables.
Our unique ULF material (Ultra Low Friction) on the inner surface of the sliding mat reduces friction so that, with a very simple hand grip and minimum strength, the carer can transfer users
on practically any surface. Without unnecessary lifting, it provides a gentle and comfortable transfer for the user as well as for health care professionals. A disposable cover on the EasySlide provides for good hygiene. We are very proud of this device, which has created a school of thought around the globe. The first product in SystemRoMedic.
